At Kilimanjaro Company, we are proud to work together with highly skilled guides who have years of experience on the mountain and strong leadership qualities to ensure safety while instilling confidence in every climber.

With hundreds of successful summits under their belts, our guides are highly respected on Mount Kilimanjaro. They have completed medical training courses, they carry all essential safety equipment, and they monitor your health every step of the way.

Kilimanjaro Company - your are in good company!

MOUNTAIN CHEFS

In addition to your Mountain Guides, you will be supported by highly-trained mountain chefs who will prepare delicious, nutritious meals for you using fresh local produce. Good food is essential to the success of any Kilimanjaro expedition, and so you can expect plenty of fresh fruit, warming soups, and a selection of sweet and savoury dishes to nourish your body as you push it to the max.

Filtered water is provided daily, along with snack packs to keep you energised on route. Lunch will be served picnic style or in the mess tent. We can cater to vegetarian and vegan diets upon request and meet all dietary requirements.

PORTERS

Kilimanjaro Porters are the unsung heroes of the mountain, and at Kilimanjaro Company, we are proud to work together with an all-singing, all-dancing crew who strive for excellence every single day.

Hardworking and team-oriented, our porters carry everything from your sleeping bags and rucksacks, to your tents, food for the expedition, portable WCs, and dining equipment, and they do so with a smile.

As proud members of KPAP, we protect the welfare of our porters by paying them a fair wage, ensuring that they have sufficient warm clothing for each expedition, feeding them well, and limiting their loads to 20kg (including their gear). Without the support of these essential team members, many climbers wouldn’t reach Uhuru Peak, and we would not be able to offer you such a memorable experience.

With Kilimanjaro Company, you are in good company, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
