I would like to say that climbing Kilimanjaro under a full moon is romantic, but when you are contending with temperatures of minus 10 degrees and the effects of high altitude, romance is the last thing on your mind! But that said, the final push to the top of the mountain does seem a little easier under the soft glow of the full moon, and so it’s definitely worth considering when booking your trip of a lifetime.
